LlamaChilly was born from a simple observation: restaurants lose thousands in revenue every week from missed calls, unanswered DMs, and dead hours when no one is at the desk.
We built an AI reservation engine that works 24/7, capturing leads from Google Maps, social media, and corporate events. But the character? The character is the feeling of having everything under control. A pure white llama in a pinstripe suit who never raises his voice, never rushes, and always closes with the same line.

Logo Usage
Always use the logo on dark backgrounds with sufficient padding. Minimum clear space equals the height of the logo mark. Never stretch, rotate, or apply effects.
Color & Typography
Primary typefaces: DM Serif Display for headlines, DM Sans for body. Brand Blue (#4361EE) for interactive elements, Accent Orange (#FF5A00) for highlights.
Photography Style
All brand imagery follows a cinematic aesthetic. Kodak Gold 200 film simulation, shallow depth of field, practical lighting only. Grain is always present.
Tone of Voice
Measured, confident, never loud. LlamaChilly speaks in short, definitive statements. The brand voice is calm authority. Don Draper meets hospitality tech.
Character Guidelines
LlamaChilly is a pure white male llama in a charcoal pinstripe suit. Always cloven hooves, never human hands. Unbothered energy. Slightly reclined or completely still.
What Not to Do
Never refer to LlamaChilly as a chatbot. Never use bright, saturated backgrounds. Never add speech bubbles or cartoon aesthetics. The brand is cinematic, not playful.
